  1. PLEASE CHECK BOTH YOUR INCOMING MAIL AND OTHER FOLDER AFTER SUBMITTING THE WAITLIST APPLICATION! SOMETIMES REPLIES GO TO YOUR OTHER/SPAM FOLDER!!

ALL PUPPIES ARE SOLD AS PETS WITH NO BREEDING RIGHTS! ALL MUST BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED BY AGE 1. Proof must be provided to the breeder in writing from the vet.

*Breeder reserves the first slot of each litter in case a puppy is kept back. However, this does not always happen.

*You may change waitlist/skip a litter 1 time before you are removed from the waitlist. Breeder must be notified before the reserved puppy is 4 weeks of age, to allow time for resale. If you fail to do so, you will not be allowed to skip to another litter. If you are removed due to having no more skip options you will be required to pay another waitlist fee to be added again. All fees are nonrefundable.

*Please note that all wait list request will be reviewed and a approval decision will be made. We place our pups in homes that we feel will be great forever homes. This is done in attempt to prevent future disruptions and to ensure the best lives possible for our pups. An inquiry does not guarantee a slot. Once your form is reviewed you will receive an email with a decision. If approved you will be sent instructions on how to pay to secure your slot. Slots are assigned in the order of the time stamps on payments not phone calls or messages.

*We reserve the right to first pick from any litter and the right to refuse sale of any pup at any time should we feel we are not able to meet the buyers needs to that buyer is not a good fit for one of our pups. Should the sale be terminated by the Breeder, your deposit/reservation fee will be returned to you.
